Alfred Wayne Forth passed away at his home on Monday August 24th 2009. Age 68 years.
Will be sadly missed by Lise.
Loving son of the late Arthur and Winnifred Forth. Dear brother of the late Roger Charles Forth. Fondly remembered by his family and friends.
Friends will be received at the Logan Funeral Home 81 James Street Parry Sound (746-5855) on Tuesday September 1st 2009 from 12:00 until the Funeral Service at 1:00 P.M.
