Sarah Joffre Dumont (nee Carpenter) ëOgedakeeí, began her journey into the next life Sunday, August 17th, 2014 at the Stayner Nursing Home, in her 99th year.

Beloved wife of Alexander James Dumont, who died in July 25th, 1995.

Loving mother of Mary Jane and her husband Bob Barnes of Wasaga Beach; Ralph who died in 1958; Jim and his partner Shelley of Schomberg; and Alf and his wife Barb of Coquitlam, B.C.

Grandmother of Brenda, Tim, John, Dwayne, Mazhakwat (Riel), Bonita, Geesohns (Dawn), Michael and Daniel. Great-grandmother of Caitlin, Zach, Connor, Cassie, Cheyanne, Serene, Jewel, Pearl and great-great grandmother of Ginew.

Dear sister of the late Bob, Jim, Bill, Minnie and Jeannette Carpenter.

Friends will be received at the Logan Funeral Home on Thursday, August 21st from 2:00 - 4:00 P.M. A Family Service will follow at 5:00 P.M.

Service on Friday at 10:30 A.M. at the Logan Funeral Home. Interment Hillcrest Cemetery.

As expressions of thanksgiving for a life well-lived, donations may be made to the Healing Lodge at Shawanaga First Nations.
