MARJORIE HOPPER

Marjorie May Hopper (née Emerson) passed away peacefully at the West Parry Sound Health Centre, with her family by her side, on Friday, April 19th, 2024. Age 85 years.

Beloved wife of the late Peter Hopper. Loving mother of Julie Armstrong (Steve), Marlene Elliott, Wendy Scarr (Dave), Travis Scarr (Christine), and the late Dwight Scarr (survived by wife Sherri). Lovingly remembered by her many grandchildren, and great grandchildren. Dear sister of Eileen Liscombe, Fred Emerson, Alec Emerson, Donny Emerson, Patsy Reid, Shelda Schmidt, and the late Nancy Crawford. Fondly remembered by Peter’s children Nicole Hopper and Chris Hopper, and by her many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Cremation to take place.

A celebration of Marjorie’s life will take place at 21 Rankin Lake Road, Seguin, on Saturday, July 20th, 2024 from 1:00 – 4:00 P.M.

Interment Sylvan Acres Cemetery.

As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Ontario SPCA, or the charity of your choice would be appreciated.
