Elizabeth Anne Doherty (MacCoubrey) passed away suddenly at Toronto General Hospital on Thursday April 11th 2013. Age 72 years.

Predeceased by husband Ron MacCoubrey. Beloved mother of Jim MacCoubrey and his wife Patsy; Coleen MacCoubrey and her fiancÈ Rick Beaulne; and the late Kenneth MacCoubrey. Dear Grannie Mama Bear of Lee Nathan Thomas Josh and Simon. Adopted grandmother to Dylan and Shjaane. Dear sister of Frank Doherty (Bernice); Bridget Battersby (Bill); Jim Wilson (Linda); and the late Kay Heidman. Fondly remembered by her many nieces nephews other relatives and friends.

Cremation has taken place.

A Celebration of Lizís Life will take place in the Logan Funeral Home 81 James Street Parry Sound (705-746-5855) on Sunday April 21st 2013 at 2:00 P.M. Family will receive visitors on Sunday from 1:00 - 2:00 P.M.

As expressions of sympathy donations to the Parry Sound 4-H Club Aspen Valley Wildlife Sanctuary or Sick Kids Hospital would be appreciated by the family.
