Laureen Mary Patricia Belanger-Moring passed away after a courageous battle with cancer at the West Parry Sound Health Centre, on Sunday, August 20th, 2023, with her family and friends by her side. Age 56 years.

Loving wife of Pete Downey. Cherished daughter of Len Belanger and the late Marion. Dear mother of Billy Moring (Rhi); and Tamika Moring. Stepmother of Kimberley Downey (Mike). Dear sister of Letitia Burns (husband the late Jim); Lynne Belanger; and Luanne Belanger (Bob Dorian). Sadly missed by her nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

As was her wish, cremation has taken place.

A private service and interment Hillcrest Cemetery at a later date.

Gary and I both met Laurie while working at Home Depot. She was always a friendly face and fun to work with. Just recently I reconnected with Laurie and we went out for a lovely lunch together.
We are both so saddened to hear of her passing.
