Dear Dianne….although you do not know us, we have enjoyed knowing Kevin for many years at the Blackstone, Crane Lake transfer site…he was always very helpful, friendly and even kept his eye open, when we were hoping to find specific items for our cottage…he will certainly be missed by so many cottagers. We are deeply saddened to hear of his passing.
We send our sincere condolences. May he Rest In Peace.
Sincerely Judy and Paul…10 South Fork Rd.

I have gotten to know Kevin over the years as my “Dump Buddy”. We had many a conversation about life in general but specifically his love of dogs. I was shocked to learn of his passing. I will miss those visits.
My condolences to his family and friends.

Our deepest condolences to Dianne & their extended families.
We are new owners and the Crane Lake Estates and from our very first time meeting Kevin , we both said ‘ what a good guy. Dave did most of the runs to drop off that garbage and I always knew that instead of the 2 min drop it would be more like 1/2 hour or more . Kevin educated us about the area , where to go to explore and often just a grand chat about anything that came up . A dedicated guy , you knew, from the min of your first conversation.
We were just there this week and asked about him .
He will surely be missed .

-Ruth & Dave CAUCHI

I learned of Kevin’s passing on Sunday on my usual visit to the Transfer station. It came as a terrible shock. Kevin had become a good friend and always went out of his way to be helpful. He gave my sister and I a Knick name and always called us the Lollipop gang. I will truly miss our conversations! He talked about his wife and dogs and made me feel like I knew them. I can't begin to count how many times this amazing man drove me to school 'back in the day' - I remember his friendly demeanor, calming voice while we talked about random stuff, ... and his car always smelling nice!
Looking at the other condolences here, it seems that I'm far from the only one with fond memories of my conversations with Kevin. Such an incredible soul, and he will be missed by anyone who had the pleasure to meet him!
