Condolences

I really did not know Mrs. Fraser, but my grandparents sure did (The Woodroffes) and just hearing her name reminds me of all the times they spoke so highly of her. They always spoke of her kindness and how helpful she was at the Town Office. I felt as if I knew her too. My condolences to her family.

Julia was a Force to remember. She was dedicated to her Family, her Township which nobody knew better in her time both as Clerk/Treasurer and Councillor. Julia saw so much in her life from Bear Cave to Service in WW II the growth and strength of “Her” Township, her committee work and her enjoyment and travel with her family. Rest In Peace.

My deepest sympathy and sincere condolences to the entire Fraser family. Terry it was just over a week ago we had a chance meeting and discussed family and truly understand now the information regarding your Mothers condition. It was easy to see her strong sense of Family, community doing the right thing and a genuine truthful and caring nature. She is now in the company of the Creator reunited with those who have passed before truly at peace knowing without doubt she will see you all again. Mrs. Fraser May God Bless You and Rest in Peace

My husband, Bruce, spoke often of Julia. They worked together over the years on several township legal matters. I am sure they did not always agree & they may not always have been on the same side, but I know how much Bruce respected her.
Some years later, when. I got to know Julia as more than a name, I appreciated her friendship & the kindness she showed me. We served as council members of different municipalities during the same years - a bond we had - but she had such a depth of experience to contribute!

My sympathy to you all. It’s hard to think of Humphrey without thinking of Julia.
