James Holmes passed away peacefully, at the West Parry Sound Health Centre, on Tuesday, September 16th, 2014. Age 74 years.

Beloved husband of Gladys Clara (McPherson) Holmes. Loving father of Jamie and his companion Dianna; and Mark and his wife Adele. Proud ëPapaí of Raychel Hughes; Paige and Bradley Holmes. Dear brother of Gordon and his wife Jane of Mississauga; and Mary Ann McEwen and her husband Gary of Parry Sound. Fondly remembered by his nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Cremation has taken place.

A Service of Remembrance will take place at the Logan Funeral Home, 81 James Street, Parry Sound (705-746-5855) on Friday, September 19th, 2014 at 12:00 noon. Visiting prior to the service from 10:00 - 12:00 noon.
