HELEN PAULIN
Helen Agnes Paulin passed away at the West Parry Sound Health Centre, in the early morning on Wednesday, October 11th, 2023. Age 88 years.
Loving mother of David and his wife Joy; Gregory; and the late Kimberley Deshevy (husband Ralph). Dear Grandma of Tyler (LeeAnne) and Corinne (Randy); Mark (Kayli) and Nathan; and Katie and Andrea (Ryder). Dear Great Grandma of Kaden, Daxx, Thijs, Tayla, Claire, Charlie, Luke, Bryxton, and Logan. Loving sister of Jessie Marsh (husband the late Raymond); and the late Elmer Boucher (late wife Marie); and Mary Giasson (late husband Edmund). Fondly remembered by her nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Helen is grieved by her family and her friends, who will always remember her kindness and good humour. During her life, Helen loved spending time with those close to her. She enjoyed baking pies and desserts, and continued showing her love with homemade treats for her grandchildren as long as she was able. Visitors usually left her home with full hearts and stomachs. Friends and family fondly remember playing many card games with Helen, as well as her fierce competitive streak. She liked socializing and having visitors. Helen had a passion for country music, and in her younger years, she enjoyed attending concerts at Casino Rama. Helen was above all a loving mother, grandmother, aunt, and friend. She will be deeply missed.
