J. GEORGE WALDBROOK
July 22nd 1917 - September 21st 2009

It is with great sadness that we announce Georgeís passing - peacefully at the West Parry Sound Health Centre with his loving wife of 62 years by his side. Beloved husband of Cecile (Rochon) Waldbrook. Loving father of Dale and his wife Merilyn of North Bay; George Jr. and his wife Nancy of Aldergrove B.C.; Lori and her husband Jim of Ennismore; and the late Colleen Goods Darlene and Darrell. Loving father-in-law of Richard Goods and his wife Karin. George will be greatly missed by his 13 grandchildren and 2 great granddaughters. Dear brother of Albert of Val Therese and the late Elgin and Marguerite Sasse. Fondly remembered by his nieces nephews other relatives and friends.

George had a long career (43 years) with C.N.R. He held various positions across Northern Ontario and retired as the last Station Agent in Parry Sound. His gentle guidance sense of humor and steadfast love will be greatly missed.

Resting in the Logan Funeral Home 81 James Street Parry Sound (746-5855) where friends may visit on Friday September 25th from 10:00 A.M. - 12:00 noon. Funeral Mass to be celebrated at St. Peter the Apostle Roman Catholic Church on Friday September 25th at 1:30 P.M. Interment Sylvan Acres Cemetery. If desired in lieu of flowers donations to Belvedere Heights Juvenile Diabetes Foundation or St. Peterís Church would be appreciated.
