EILEEN FISHER

Eileen Ella Fisher (Murphy) passed away peacefully at the West Parry Sound Health Centre, on Sunday, January 28th, 2024. Age 100 years.

Beloved wife of the late Ben Fisher. Loving mother of James Fisher (Dahna); Catherine Emes (Harold); and the late Wendall “Wink” (wife Barbara). Cherished grandma of Terri (Ken), Jason, Stacey, Andrew (Heather), Scott (Cindy), Amber (Jason), and April (Erik). Dear sister of the late Rita (Jack), Elmer (Vic), and Clifford (Winnie). Fondly remembered by her many great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives, her faithful homecare workers, and her many friends especially her “MacTier Family”.

Family will receive visitors at the Logan Funeral Home (705-746-5855), 81 James Street, Parry Sound, prior to the service on Thursday, February 1st, from 12:00 noon – 1:00 P.M.

Funeral Service in the Logan Memorial Chapel on Thursday, February 1st, at 1:00 P.M. Reception to follow.

Interment MacTier Union Cemetery in the spring.

To the family of Eileen with regret I learn of her passing I have had many laughs with her & Reta. Those shopping trips to Barrie were lots of fun, my husband & I loved to take them, I am laughing just thinking about it.

We are saddened of the passing of our dear cousin, Eileen. We will miss her wit and wonderful sense of humour, her ability to make everyone around her feel good, and her positivity towards life. It is breaking our hearts to say goodbye. We loved her dearly and knew she loved us as well. Eileen will be forever in our hearts and our cherished memories.
