ED CLOUTHIER
Edmond Eugene Clouthier passed away at the West Parry Sound Health Centre, on Sunday, November 27th, 2022. Age 85 years.
Beloved husband of the late Frances (Lamore) Clouthier. Loving father of Eugene (Deanna); Carmella (Terry Munroe); Richard (Debbie); Mark (Angel); Peggy (Joe Whittaker); and the late Betty Ann. Loving Grandpa of Jennie and Shane; Joshua; Benjamin; Tyler and Matthew. Great Grandpa of Emalie, Daemyn, and Wesley. Dear brother of the late Edward, Anita, Betty, Lorne, June, Carol Ann, and Sharon. Fondly remembered by his nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Ed was a long-time employee of CIL Explosives in Nobel. He was also a skilled carpenter. Ed was extremely proud of his Métis heritage. You would often find Ed in his recliner watching sports, whether it was golf, hockey, or curling – he loved it all! In Ed’s younger days, he was a coach for the Nobel/McDougall Spuds hockey team. Ed and his family spent a lot of time at the Bobby Orr Community Centre watching a game or two of hockey.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to the West Parry Sound Health Centre would be appreciated.
