DR. J. P. MacKAY

Dr. John P.(Jack) MacKay (Past Master of Granite Lodge 352 Parry Sound; 33rd degree Scottish Rite Mason of Barrie; member of Rameses Temple Toronto; member of Royal Order of Jesters; founding member of the Wright Clinic Parry Sound; Regional Coroner for the Province of Ontario) passed away peacefully with family and friends at his side at Lakeland Long Term Care in Parry Sound on Sunday May 17th 2009. Age 88 years. Dr. Jack was predeceased by his wife Inez Mildred (nee McGee) in the fall of 2006. He was the loving father of Paul MacKay (Kim) of Parry Sound;
Joan McCrudden (Charles) of North Bay; and David MacKay (Shelley) of Penticton B.C.
Grandfather of Jennifer MacKay Elizabeth and Michael McCrudden Jessica MacKay and Melissa MacKay (Dallas Gold) and great grandfather of Ryder and Tanner Gold. Brother in law of Jack and Cora Ramsay (nee McGee) survived by his cousin Margaret Hughes of Wasaga Beach. Predeceased by his parents John C. and Winnifred MacKay. Fondly remembered by his nieces nephews other relatives and friends.
Family will receive visitors at the Logan Funeral Home 81 James Street Parry Sound on Wednesday May 20th 2009 between the hours of 2:00 - 4:00 & 7:00 - 9:00 P.M.
Funeral Service at Trinity Anglican Church 6 Church Street Parry Sound on Thursday May 21st at 1:00 P.M. Interment Hillcrest Cemetery.
