Dale (Schmidt) Hayes passed away with family by her side at the West Parry Sound Health Centre on Monday March 26th 2012. Age 69 years.

Beloved companion of Ted Kendrick and wife of the late Thomas Hayes. Loving mother of Kim and her husband Gord Brown; and Richard Hayes. Dear Grandma of Wayne Melissa Andrew Amanda and the late R.J. Loving Great Grandma of Jake Katie Destini Connor and Chase. Dear sister of Neil and his wife Pat; and the late Conrad Phyllis Trahan Aneda Godfrey Sheila Hayes and Dave. Fondly remembered by Tedís sons Rick (Londa) and Randy (Victor) nieces nephews other relatives and friends.

Family will receive visitors at the Logan Funeral Home 81 James Street Parry Sound (705) 746-5855 on Thursday March 29th from 7:00 - 9:00 P.M. and on Friday March 30th from 12:00 - 1:00 P.M. Funeral Service in the Chapel on Friday March 30th at 1:00 P.M. followed by a reception.
