Constance (Connie) Simola passed away peacefully at home on Monday, October 30th, 2023, at the age of 90.

Connie is survived by her husband of 68 years, Niilo Simola. Loving mother of Brian, Brinda, and the late Trudy. Cherished grandmother of Dylan, Tyler (Laura), and Harley. Dear great grandmother of Jordan. Pre-deceased by her parents Robert and Isabelle Bates, and by her brother Carl, and sister Dorothy. Fondly remembered by her nieces, nephews, other family, and friends.

Connie’s family would like to thank Dr. Pritchard and the staff at Medical Associates, the staff at The Friends, Rolanne Simms, PSWs from Care Partners, and the staff at the Muskoka Alzheimer Society for their care and support. A special thank you to Debbie Mann for all of her help.

A Graveside Service will take place at Foley Memorial Cemetery on Friday, November 3rd at 11:30 A.M.,

Everyone is invited to a reception lunch and to further celebrate Connie’s life at the Foley Agricultural Hall after the Graveside Service.
