My condolences to the Andersen family. Chris was a wonderful man who will be missed dearly. We met Chris years ago when my in-laws moved to Whitestone. Marlene and a Chris rookie them under their wing and they became best friends as did us and our 3 sons.

Chris was always awesome to me growing up as one of Ian's friends. He would offer me one of his home made beers as soon as I'd walk through the door. Chris had a great sense of humor and with Marlane, raised three great boys. Rest in peace Chris.

Our condolences to Marlane and family,
Whitestone Municipality is enriched by folks like Marlene and Chris who brought their family and loving spirits to Dunchurch.
Chris was a keen builder always assisted with community protects such as building the first Dunchurch volunteer fire hall, United Church multi purpose room and an avid Agricultural Society volunteer to mention a few. The Andersen's on East Town Line will be long remembered as "Back at the Anderson's" by those of us who were so fortunate to know the Anderson family.

Tha Dunchurch Agricultural Society extends deepest sympathy to the family of Chris Andersen. Chris and his family are long time members and volunteers at the Dunchurch Fall Fair and even after moving away Chris and Marlane would come back each year to help. Chris’ family is still very active with the Dunchurch Agricultural Society and continue his strong community support. Chris will be greatly missed but not forgotten.

We want to extend our deepest sympathy to Marlane, Ian, Brian, Darran and all of the Andersen Family. It is almost 50 years since Chris first started picking up a wee little guy to ride with the boys to school. In all those years Chris and his family have been true friends of our entire family. We know Chris will be long remembered by his community and many friends, and deeply missed by his family. We should all be so fortunate to be missed by our grandchildren and great grandchildren.

-Kirk and Michelle Quinn and Family

Chris and Marlane moved here in 1975 with their 3 boys, as their closest neighbours we watched the family grow to grandchildren, and great grandchildren. A family we are very proud to know. Chris will be missed by all who knew him. Judy & Bill

Marlane and family we are so sorry to hear of Chris passing. He was a wonderful man and we have fond memories of him assisting us in the construction of the Duck’s Nest Restaurant when we owned Duck Rock Resort and renovations to our house when we purchased on Whitestone Lake Road. He was such a perfectionist and we so appreciated him helping us make our dreams come true. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all. Bert and Dyanne Roberts

To Marlane and family,
My first memory of Chris is at a Dunchurch Fair on a Friday night and the fill the wagon with hay bales competition. I thought he was so strong and handsome. Then his sons grew up and the Andersen family won that event every year. Chris was always kind and courteous, making sure to speak if he saw me.
I thought he and Marlane were a great, loving couple.
I know Chris will be missed so much by all of you. You are in my prayers.
