Robert “Bob” Townsend, age 94, passed away peacefully at the West Parry Sound Health Centre on Friday, November 4th, 2016.

Predeceased by his loving wife Dorothy Lancaster. Bob will be missed terribly by his dear friends Lynn and Terry, Mike and Marnie, Don and Cathy, Bob and Carol, and Shannon. Bob will also be missed by those who referred to him as “Grandpa Bob”. We were blessed to have known such a kind and gentle man.

Bob’s wishes were for cremation and no funeral service.

Should you wish to make a donation in Bob’s memory, Lakeland Long Term Care and The Gardens of Parry Sound were very special places to Bob.
