Hi Paul, Kathy & family,
Thanks for emailing us. We were sorry to hear of your Mom's passing. She has lived a long and productive life.
We feel bad that during these crazy times we will not be allowed to attend the funeral to support you in your time of grief. Especially when over the years you have attended all of our parents funerals. Words can not express how much it has meant to have the support of wonderful friends like you during these stressful situations.
Please accept our sincere condolences and know that we are thinking of you and your whole family at this time.

Ric, Paul, Gord, John so sorry to hear of your mothers passing. What fond memories of Foster Avenue. The gang of mothers Betty, Verna, Isabel and my mom formed a spy ring. You did something wrong it was reported to your mother before you got home. I remember you had the first colour tv only 3 colours and the first no hands clock. Nothing beat you Dads HO railway set up. The time I scared your mother with that large frog I had, she threw the bowl up in the air at the front door. I'm sure the marks are still on the ceiling. She is the last of the mothers that looked after us. A wonderful person, wonderful memories. Ken

Rick & Marjorie, Paul, John & Gord,

We were sorry to hear of Betty's passing. You are so lucky to have had her with you this long!! I well remember seeing her and your Dad out and about in the summer evenings checking out the waterfront or really anywhere in town. They would always stop when they saw me and chat. Many good memories!!
