LORETTA DESHEVY

Loretta Rose Deshevy (Belland) passed away peacefully at Lakeland Long Term Care, on Friday, January 15th, 2021. Age 96 years.

Predeceased by parents Francis and Rose Belland. Beloved wife of the late Stanley Deshevy. Loving mother of of Ralph (late Kimberly); Jean (Gerald St. Amant); Mark (Mandy); Lisa (Sean Dube); and the late Jerry. Adored Grandmother of Steve, Krista, Kathryn, Andrea, Alyssa, Amy, Chloe, Erik, and Emma. Great grandmother to Jackson, William, Ava, and Logan. Dear sister of the late Henry, Joe, Dominic, and Lillian Ethier. Fondly remembered by her nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Loretta’s family was her life, and she will be missed dearly.

A very special ‘Thank You’ to Ann Palamar of the Britt Nursing Station; the staff on the Transition Floor at the West Parry Sound Health Centre; and the staff at Lakeland Long Term Care.

A private family service will be held at Holy Family Catholic Church, Britt. Interment Holy Family Cemetery.

As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Britt Nursing Station, or Holy Family Catholic Church would be appreciated.

Loss is never easy and 2020 was a hard year. There has been so much loss, knowing that she lived a full life helps a little. She had the best memory of anyone i know and we will miss her. Always a smile and a story to tell, her family meant the world to her. Condolences to you all. Hugs!
