It is with heavy hearts and great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved daughter Krista Armstrong, who was taken from us tragically on Monday, March 15th, 2021. Age 43 years.

Cherished daughter of Darrell and Holly Armstrong. Adored and special granddaughter of William and Annabelle Dubé, and the late Guy and Viola Armstrong. Krista will be dearly missed and fondly remembered by her family and friends.

Her beauty, laughter and warm presence will be deeply missed and will be our greatest loss. Krista’s light will continue to glow in our hearts forever.

Cremation has taken place.

I knew Krista when we were kids and we kept in touch over the years. She was a sweet girl with a contagious smile. I will always remember her and the memories we shared in Parry Sound.

My greatest condolences Holly and Darrell. The memories I have with Krista will stay with me forever. So many sleepovers, dances, late night phone calls. Hanging out at the arena and ball field while you played baseball and hockey with my parents. We shared so much growing up. My heart breaks for you as it does for all who knew and lived her. I will always smile when I hear Madonna and know she is watching over us.

Well cousin Krista, we go way back when we worked at Lakeland Long term care, many moons ago, she was a very hard working PSW, she gave everything she had, she was very good n loved her job, we enjoyed all the good times we had there, you will be greatly missed by everyone! My deepest condolences to you Holly and Darrell. This is an enormous tragedy. I am deeply heartbroken to hear this about Krista. I grew up with her, and always thought she was a wonderful person. If I recall correctly we had some sleepovers, birthday parties at my place and yours, and may have played some ball together? I’m sorry, I’m just stunned. I just found out yesterday. Holly and Darrell, please be so gentle and kind with yourselves especially now in this time of grief. Please know I am thinking of you both a lot, and I will think of Krista often. She was a sweet soul and I will never forget her.
