Helen Marie Ainslie (Registered Nurse, B.A. with Honours from University of Waterloo) passed away peacefully at the West Parry Sound Health Centre, on Thursday, November 7th, 2019. Age 91 years.

Beloved wife of the late Norton for 68 years. Loving mother of Christine Ainslie (husband the late Paul Budhoo); Karen Ainslie, and the late Thomas Ainslie and Andrew Ainslie. Lovingly remembered by her grandchildren: Lisa, Kevin, Andrew (Olga), Joel, Liam, and the late Amanda. Loving Great Grandma of Merik, Mikaela, and Mila Rose. Dear sister of the late Russell, and Douglas Gauvreau. Fondly remembered by her nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Resting at the Logan Funeral Home, 81 James Street, Parry Sound (705-746-5855), where friends will be received on Tuesday, November 12th, between the hours of 12:00 – 1:00 P.M. Funeral Service will take place in the Logan Memorial Chapel on Tuesday, November 12th at 1:00 P.M.

Interment Hillcrest Cemetery, Parry Sound. Reception to follow at the Logan Funeral Home.

Helen was an inspiration. She was always so positive, friendly and cheerful. She loved life and enjoyed her many friends and activities. She was so proud of her family. A great friend, wonderful nurse, wife and mother. From all of the Smalldon family please accept our deepest sympathy.
