Elizabeth Amy Irwin (Thompson) passed away peacefully at Belvedere Heights on Friday, August 13th, 2021. Age 90 years.

Dear daughter of the late Austin and Ena Thompson. Beloved wife of the late Ralph Samuel Irwin. Loving mother of Donna-Lee and her husband Rupinder Randhawa. Cherished grandmother of Liam, Luke, and Alyssa. Dear sister of Arnold Thompson, Herb Thompson, Kenneth Thompson, and the late Marguerite Holmes, Roy Thompson, Irene Irwin, Doreen Irwin, Gerald Thompson, Mary Gwen Lawson, and baby Margaret. Fondly remembered by her many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Friends will be received at the Logan Funeral Home on Tuesday, August 17th, from 1:00 – 3:00 P.M.

Graveside Service and Interment will take place at Lakeview Cemetery, McKellar, on Sunday, September 5th, at 2:00 P.M.

As expressions of sympathy, donations to Belvedere Heights or the West Parry Sound Health Centre would be appreciated.

Aunt Betty was, and will always be, fondly remembered with the love and warmth that she always exuded herself. My family and I extend our condolences to Donna-Lee and her family, as well as to my Aunts and Uncles, Cousins and other friends and relatives. Our loss is great.

I am so sorry to hear of Betty's passing. While we haven't had the opportunity to visit lately I certainly thought of her a lot. She will be remembered by many and will be really missed by her family of whom she was very proud.
