Dorothy Mary (née McLean) Bethune passed away peacefully at Bradford Valley Care Community, on Sunday, September 5th, 2021. Age 88 years.

Loving mother of Linda Cox, Robert and his wife Lynn, and Herbert and his wife Joyce. Cherished grandmother of Patricia, Tommy, and Tamara. Predeceased by her sister Helen Jenkinson, and her brother Don McLean. Fondly remembered by her extended family, and friends.

Friends will be received at the Logan Funeral Home on Saturday, September 11th, 2021 from 11:00 – 12:00 P.M. A Celebration of Dorothy’s Life will take place in the Logan Memorial Chapel on Saturday, September 11th at 12:00 P.M. Reception to follow.

As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society, or the charity of your choice would be appreciated.

God looked around his garden and found an empty space then he looked down and saw your tired face and put his arms around you and lifted you to rest. You are in a better place now and God’s garden must be beautiful because he only takes the best. Grandma, you gave me great stories, many laughs and taught me to “dance like Elvis”, but most importantly, you gave me great memories. You will be missed! I love you grandma!! Xoxo
