BILL KENNEDY

William (Bill) John Kennedy passed away at home with his wife by his side, on Saturday, June 5th, 2021. Age 75 years.

Kennedy. Also pre-deceased by his older brother Art and his wife Barb. Bill will be dearly missed by his nephews and nieces, great nephews and nieces, and by Lauralee’s family. He will also be missed by his many, many, friends.

Bill was a pillar of the Pointe au Baril Community, and was part of the family business of C.C Kennedy Co. Ltd., Home Hardware. He was kindhearted, compassionate, and very generous. The Florence Universal Church was a very important part of his life.

Sorry to hear of Bill’s passing. I worked with Bill at the store back in 1958. Rode the school bus and played hockey with Bill in the early and mid 60’s. Lost touch for about 55 years but thought of him often.
RIP. Condolences to the family.

So sorry to hear of Bill’s passing. As a very young girl I would go to Kennedy’s to shop with my grandparents Irene & Horace Priestley and that’s when I met Bill. He was a bit of a tease and carried that great personality with him when he took over the store years later. Always smiling, ready to help out and have a chat. He will be missed.
