In loving memory of Amanda Norma June McClaskin July 6, 1982 - August 11, 2018

It is with deep sorrow that the family announces her sudden and tragic death.

First and foremost, Amanda was a loving and fiercely protective mother. Her two children, Jennifer and Troy were her proudest achievement, and they are her legacy and gift to the world.

She is survived by her parents Rusty McClaskin (Barb) and Michele McCombe (Kevin). Amanda is also deeply and sadly missed by her three younger sisters; Jackie Hirschfeld McClaskin (Melissa), Cherelle McClaskin (Christina), and Ashley McClaskin (William).

Amanda was a much loved auntie to so many little ones during her life (including many of our furry children), but most importantly to her very special loves Logan, Wyatt, Tylar, Carter, Zoë and Rue.

In our hearts we know Amanda is now singing in heaven with Nanny June, and watching over us while sharing many stories with Grandma Norma.

Amanda had a huge heart, and cared so deeply for her friends and family. She will be forever missed by everyone who loved and knew her.

Arrangements and Funeral Services entrusted to Logan's Funeral Home of Parry Sound. Friends and family are invited to join together for visitation at 10:00 A.M. Saturday, August 25, 2018, service at 11:00 A.M. Celebration of life to follow at Royal Canadian Legion Branch 117 in Parry Sound at 1:00 P.M..

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to a future education fund that has been set up for Jennifer and Troy.
