Adam James Monks, Ironworker, employee of Geo. Third/KWH, member of local 97, passed away suddenly in Vancouver, on Friday, February 19th, 2010. Age 25 years.

Loving and cherished son of Richard Monks and Kathy Parton. Dear brother of Mathew and Braeden. Loving grandson of Marguerite and her late husband Edward Monks; and Helen and her late husband John Parton. Sadly missed by his stepfather Bob Hawkins and his children Brea, Shonna, Robbie, and their families. Fondly remembered by his aunts and uncles: Denys and Bill; John and Carol; Mike and Sandy; Bob and Doris. Much loved nephew of the late Dianne. Adam will be missed by his cousins Meagan and Lindsey; Lyndsay, Nicole and Logan; Kaila, Dory, Sydney, and Jayme. Also remembered by his other relatives, and friends.

Resting in the Logan Funeral Home, 81 James St., Parry Sound (746-5855), where family will receive visitors on Friday, February 26th between the hours of 7 – 9 P.M. Memorial Service in the Logan Memorial Chapel on Saturday, February 27th at 1:30 P.M. Reception to follow.
