Clara, 92 years old, passed away peacefully, at the Glengarry Memorial Hospital, Alexandria, Ontario, on Wednesday, Dec. 30th, 2009, with family and friends at her side.

Loving wife of the late Emery LaBrash (1965).

Loving mother of the late Mary Lou Aubrey (husband the late Leo); the late Margaret Cuthbert (husband Bernie of Parry Sound);
Ted and his wife Bev LaBrash of Mallorytown;
Paul and his wife Jean LaBrash of Prescott;
Roger and his wife Dale LaBrash of Ottawa;
Jeannie and her husband Ivan Coleman of Maxville; and Peter and his wife Anne LaBrash of Merrickville.

Clara was blessed with 21 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren, and recently 2 great great granddaughters.

Predeceased by her parents Margaret Wasson and Hudson Phillips, and 7 brothers and sisters.
Survived by her brother Dalton Phillips of Huntsville; and sister Vimy Parr of Parry Sound.

Clara “Grandma” will be especially remembered by Lucy Rolland, who was always there for her.

Fondly remembered by her nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Resting in the Logan Funeral Home, 81 James Street, Parry Sound (746-5855) where the family will receive visitors on Sunday, January 3rd, between the hours of 7 – 9 P.M.

Funeral Mass to be celebrated at St. Peter the Apostle Catholic Church on Monday, January 4th at 11:00 A.M.
Reception to follow.
Interment Hillcrest Mausoleum and Cemetery, in the spring.
