It is with deep sadness and regret that we inform you of the passing of Laurie George McClure at Lakeland Long Term Care, on Monday, February 8th, 2016. Age 91 years. Dear son of the late Robert and Jean McClure. Beloved husband of the late Eleanor (Thompson) McClure, and very special friend of Marg Boyda. Loving father of Stephen (Karen) McClure of Georgetown; and Janet (Abe) Kamerman of Parry Sound. Loving Poppa of Michael, Jessica, Kim, and Margaret. Dear brother of Tom, and the late Bob, Bill, Kay, Jean, Dave, and Mary. Fondly remembered by his nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Resting in the Logan Funeral Home, 81 James Street, Parry Sound (746-5855) where the family will receive visitors on Friday, February 12th between the hours of 2:00 – 4:00 P.M. and 7:00 – 9:00 P.M.

A Service in Celebration of Laurie’s Life will take place at Trinity Anglican Church, Parry Sound, on Saturday, February 13th at 1:00 P.M., followed by a reception. Interment Hillcrest Mausoleum and Cemetery.
