Frances Doris Jane McKenzie passed away peacefully at Belvedere Heights, on Friday, July 14th, 2017, in her 94th year.

Born in Eagle River, Ontario to Donald F. and Cynthia (Sadler) McKenzie, she moved and made her home in Parry Sound, teaching French at Parry Sound High School. Fran loved to travel and play bridge.

Fran is survived by her brother-in-law Ken Hodges. Fondly remembered by her nephews Mark, Robert (Kathy) and niece Cynthia (Steve). Also remembered by her good friend Rosemary. Predeceased by her parents, sisters Jessie and M. Joan Hodges, and by her dear friend Anne Jones.

A Memorial Service will be held at Trinity Anglican Church on Saturday, August 19th, 2017 at 11:00 A.M.
